Crescendo Consultings, Inc., a sales and marketing firm, is looking for an Assistant Account Manager to help lead our digital inclusion campaign across San Diego. As innovation moves as fast as the surf at Pacific Beach, the Assistant Account Manager will manage each account with care, helping customers access free 5G tablets and wireless service.


As an Assistant Account Manager, your journey starts with sales training on how to balance sales goals with account management. You will be responsible for the health of every new customer account, ensuring that mobile benefits and 5G hardware are distributed with integrity. We look for Assistant Account Managers who can weave sales targets into a mission of community service, managing each account with a personal touch.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Account Manager

  • Lead territory planning for wireless outreach across San Diego, prioritizing neighborhoods where customers benefit most from direct support.
  • Prepare sales teams with devices, materials, and daily briefings to ensure consistent, high‑quality resident interactions.
  • Provide on‑site coordination during community events, supporting smooth enrollment flow and strong account outcomes.
  • Analyze sales data and customer input to improve outreach methods and boost enrollment momentum.
  • Provide approachable, in-person support that helps customers understand program benefits and complete their wireless activation.
  • Track territory outcomes and refine sales strategies to strengthen digital access throughout the region.

Qualifications of the Assistant Account Manager

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or account management is a bonus.
  • Ability to review applications thoroughly and ensure compliance.
  • Comfort offers simple device guidance during sales events.
  • Strong attention to detail when tracking devices, forms, and account records.
