Today, Pomona is looking for an Assistant Indirect Purchases for its Logistics & Purchasing Department composed of about thirty people and based at its headquarters in Antony (92). And for that, we need you to: Process supplier data, analyze it and animate it with the branches (economic indicators, qualitative etc.) Ensure compliance with the Group's vehicle policy (controlling requests for attribution, monitoring manufacturers and rental companies...) and accompany the deployment of a future fleet management software Participate in the administrative life of the DLA: integration of new arrivals, control of invoices from different DLA poles, organization of seminars...etc. Contribute to the writing of the specifications books: Fuels, workwear, handling equipment, temporary work... Manage end-of-year discounts with suppliers, in conjunction with the accounting teams at the headquarters and in the region Participate in the development of the Group's framework contracts in conjunction with the legal department The best profile, it may be yours! We are looking for a person with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management and a higher education degree BAC+2 (assistantship / management control). If in addition, you are rigorous and have already worked in a purchasing department, even better! Good mastery of office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a prerequisite for the position.
