The Administrative Assistant at St. Alban Roe Catholic School provides essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient daily operations of the school office. This role serves as a primary administrative support for the principal as well as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors while supporting the mission, values, and Catholic identity of the school through professionalism, organization, and effective communication.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred). Strong organizational skills and the ability to be proactive and self-motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail. High level of proficiency with computers, office software, data entry, and record keeping Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families.
