Examples of Duties
Under general direction, provides advanced administrative and operational support to executive or senior-level leadership. Prepares complex correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. Coordinates and manages schedules, meetings, and high-level communications. Serves as a liaison between leadership, staff, departments, and external stakeholders. Assists in tracking projects, initiatives, and departmental priorities. Reviews, compiles, and analyzes information to support decision-making. Exercises independent judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters. Utilizes various systems and software to support departmental operations. Performs related duties as required. This classification does not include supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to prepare complex reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Additional Duties:
This position will be within the Central Collection Agency (CCA) - Division of Taxation. CCA provides its member municipalities with complete municipal income tax administration and collection services. Within CCA, there are many different areas and functions that assist in the income tax administration and collection services process. This position will be the supervisor over the Audit area and function within the Division. The Audit area within CCA is responsible for issuing refunds to constituents and businesses. This area also participates in the general Agency work of assisting taxpayers in-person, via e-mail, and over the phone; reviewing and processing returns/forms and payments; reviewing weekly and/or month-end reports; and completing other related tasks.
