Job Description:

This position supports stores by effectively supervising the Global store supplies program, finding opportunities to gain efficiencies, and analyzing opportunities for investments that best support stores. Primary responsibilities include managing store and DM orders, completing supply pushes, analyzing supply usage and buys, and supporting new store  activity. Additionally, this position partners with Home Office teams and the Stores Group to best support their store supply needs. 

  

What will you be doing?  

  • Buying, Planning, Inventory Movement and Control: 
  • Partner with procurement, transportation, and other teams to forecast, purchase, and manage supply inventory, especially packaging and omni supplies. 
  • Ensure stores have accurate supply ordering access and gather feedback on availability or delivery issues. 
  • Support new store supply processes and maintain accurate regional and brand-level templates. 
  • Assist with peak business supply pushes to support in-store replenishment. 
  • Data Analysis, Reporting, and Invoicing: 
  • Provide business intelligence and data analysis to support decisions. 
  • Build datasets and reports using system reporting tools. 
  • Analyze supply usage, inventory levels, and vendor performance to identify trends and process improvements. 
  • Manage Performing Rights Organizations (PRO) music invoicing, ensuring accurate invoice review, reconciliation, and on-time payments. 
  • Communication: 
  • Develop and implement messaging for all supplies initiatives covering global stores. 
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Transportation and Supply Chain Logistics: 
  • Resolve standard and off-cadence supply questions from suppliers, vendors, and stores. 
  • Maintain communication between vendors and internal trade, compliance, transportation, and supply chain teams throughout the shipping cycle. 
  • Review performance tracking of vendor deliveries of supplies to stores. 

What will you need to bring?  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of experience in store operations, supply chain management, or a related role. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to document ideas, workflow, and issue resolution 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI)
