    Job Description:

At Abercrombie & Fitch Co., our Supply Chain is on a journey to build an AI-enabled, Always-On network that keeps the customer at the center of everything we do. Our priorities are grounded in Capacity, Capability, and Connectivity as we navigate Cost and Chaos in a dynamic environment.

The Supply Chain Strategy team serves as the function’s “offensive coordinator” — translating corporate strategy and long-range plans into a multi-year roadmap of investments across distribution, transportation, technology, and capabilities.

    What You’ll Do

    Strategic Roadmap & Portfolio Management

    • Own and maintain the project on the multi-year Supply Chain Strategy roadmap, from intake through approval
    • Act as roadmap owner for key initiatives, aligning Digital & Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, and leadership on scope, dependencies, and sequencing
    • Manage centralized tracking of strategic initiatives and ensure portfolio prioritization in partnership with Corporate Portfolio Management
    • Bridge strategy to execution, transitioning initiatives to Operations teams once aligned
    • Translate complex operational, system, and corporate priorities into structured insights and execution-ready plans
    • Lead analysis for key initiatives, including operational, financial, and system impacts to inform leadership decisions
    • Conduct benchmarking and external research to validate assumptions and opportunities

    Cross-Functional Alignment & Storytelling

    • Translate complex network and roadmap content into clear, executive-ready storytelling (visuals, headlines, and talking points)
    • Develop data-driven recommendations aligned to corporate and supply chain priorities
    • Lead working sessions to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align stakeholders
    • Drive follow-ups, resolve open questions, and ensure alignment ahead of key decisions

    AI & Innovation

    • Support and advance Supply Chain’s AI strategy and adoption
    • Incorporate AI tools into day-to-day analysis and workflows
    • Stay current on emerging tools and capabilities to drive continuous improvement

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build executive-ready models and presentations
    • Working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and AI/Copilot tools
    • Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as fulfillment models, network flows, and operating structures
    • Curiosity for AI and emerging technologies
    • Strong cross-functional partnership and collaboration skills
    • Clear, concise communication with the ability to deliver executive-level storytelling
    • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
    • Ability to adapt, stay flexible, and navigate change with a positive attitude
    • SQL knowledge preferred
    • Strategy experience preferred
