WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our Business Leadership team within the Entertainment Access division for a high-profile financial client. This role will support the Arts/Theater and Music/Music Venue teams.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Work in tandem with various internal & external (vendor, agency) teams on assigned workstreams, ensuring that client deadlines are met
Work with key partners to execute marketing placements (social, web, e-mail) in compliance with clients’ legal and brand requirements
Work with key partners to execute ticket presales in compliance with clients’ legal and brand requirements
Manage the financial aspects of programs, including internal financial processes and the development/reconciliation of budgets
Assist in the development and activation of strategic experiential programs across multiple verticals
Assist with elements of on-site activations at key events, including items such as on-site staffing, programming and customer communications
Work extended hours both during and leading up to events, which will include some weekends and potentially some holidays
Set priorities and demonstrate proactivity for assigned work
Understand tight deadlines and maintain composure in all scenarios

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of relevant marketing experience (some agency experience a plus)
Passion for arts & entertainment
Confident building and managing budgets
Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Able to work across multiple platforms and channels, and comfortable adopting emerging AI technologies.
Collaborative, enthusiastic, resourceful and solution-oriented
You’re a quick learner and you play well with others, of all kinds

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
