Description
The School of Social Work is actively seeking applications for its Assistant/Associate or Full Professor position.
Examples of Duties
Teach a minimum of 12 credit hours per academic semester, depending on faculty status.
Participate in distance education.
Advise undergraduate students.
Engage in research and publication.
Provide service to school, college, university, and community activities.
Typical Qualifications
Demonstrated training and experience in social work practice.
Priority will be given to candidates with at least 2 years' experience.
Applicants with prior teaching experience.
Evidence of funded research and scholarly publications are preferred.
Must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
Must have a Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) or PhD degree in Social Work or a doctorate degree in a closely related field.
