Assistant/Associate Professor, Biostatistics, T/TE

Develop and teach 3 biostatistics courses per year.

Mentor Masters and Doctoral students in the biostatistics program.

Participate in intramural, extramural, and outreach service.

Develop collaborations with researchers in other departments and colleges across the University of Arizona.

Contribute to the development and expansion of AI for Public Health Initiative across teaching, training, and research.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of teaching biostatistics methods courses including methods such as causal inference and AIML, e.g., deep learning, language models, and responsible AI.
