Position Details Posting Details Position will be posted for a minimum of one week after which it is subject to removal without notice.Advertising CopyThe Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes at the University of VermontUniversity of Vermont Medical Center invites applications for a board-eligible or board-certified clinician educator endocrinologist at the AssistantAssociateFull Professor level on the Clinical Scholar Pathway. This position will be primarily based at Central Vermont Medical Center with some involvement at the University of Vermont Medical Center. The selected candidate will be an MDDO or MDDO plus PhD with specialty training in diabetes. Priority will be given to persons who have experience with providing endocrine clinical services in a university setting.The selected candidate will join a busy and collegial program that is the sole provider of endocrinology and specialty diabetes services to a large geographical area. Opportunities exist to interact with research programs focused on the pathogenesis and therapy of diabetes obesity and their complications along with diabetes health care delivery and osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease.
