    Job Description

    Under general direction, assists with the management of competitive athletic programs; assists with conditioning, practices, recruiting, travel arrangements, and student managers. Qualifications:

    • Bachelor''s Degree in related field
    • 2 year''s related experience.
    • Knowledge of a specific sport''s concepts/strategies and NCAA rules and regulations.
    • Knowledge of physical conditioning techniques and weight training.
    • Knowledge of basic statistics.
    • Recruiting skills.
    • Verbal and written communication skills.
    • Interpersonal/human relations skills.
    • Organizational/planning skills.
    • Leadership and motivational skills.
    • Ability to assess athletic talent.
    • Ability to serve as a positive role model
