GENERAL PURPOSE
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external departmental events, ensuring all logistical, operational, and administrative details are managed efficiently and professionally. Coordinate event logistics, including facility arrangements, work orders, catering, vendor coordination, staffing, setup, and other operational needs for major departmental events and initiatives, such as Student-Athlete Awards Night, Athletics Golf Outing, Athletics Hall of Fame, Recruitment Days, Student-Athlete Orientation, National Girls and Women in Sports Day, DII Student-Athlete Day, and other departmental events and special initiatives. Serve as a primary departmental liaison with campus offices, vendors, and external partners to coordinate event-related needs, facilitate effective communication, and ensure successful event execution.

When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $66,300.00. This annual salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
