Position Information

Duties:

1) Daily medical coverage for select Marshall University NCAA Division I athletic teams, Swim and Dive, and other duties assigned by the Marshall University Head Athletic Trainer.

2) Responsibility for accurate record keeping, insurance billing and communicating with physicians, coaches, athletic trainers, and student athletic trainers.

3) Teaching responsibilities include clinical supervision of student athletic trainers.

Location MU - Marshall University Salary Range $35,568-$44,400 - Salary is commensurate with education, experience and internal equity

Qualifications

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.

Required Qualifications

Education

1) Bachelor Degree in Athletic Training required.

2) BOC Certification required.

Experience

Two years of experience in intercollegiate athletic training or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

Master's Degree in Athletic Training preferred.

Experience

CPR and First Aid Instructor certification preferred.
