Duties of the Assistant Athletic Trainer include:
The role is responsible for providing daily medical coverage for Marshall University's women's soccer team. Additionally, this role is responsible for other duties and coverage responsibilities assigned by the Marshall University Head Athletic Trainer.
Responsibility for accurate record keeping, insurance billing and communicating with physicians, coaches, athletic trainers, and student athletic trainers.
Teaching responsibilities include clinical supervision of student athletic trainers.
Location MU - Marshall University Salary Range $35,568-$44,400 - Salary is commensurate with education, experience and internal equity
Qualifications
Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
Education
Master's Degree required. BOC certification required
Experience
Two years of experience in intercollegiate athletic training or equivalent required.
