As an Assistant Baker, you'll support the bakery team by preparing and managing baked goods, helping ensure every product meets our high standards. You'll work closely with our experienced head baker and production staff to maintain efficient operations and deliver delicious products to our customers.
What Youll Do
As an Assistant Baker, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the head baker with all baking and preparation tasks to ensure smooth production flow.
Preparing all baked items according to established recipes and quality standards.
Box and package baked goods for shipment or storage.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Use various bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, pie presses, and dough cutters, to efficiently produce baked goods.

Prior experience in food production, bakery, or food prep environment is preferred.
