Assistant Manager – Nothing Bundt Cakes Red Mill
Help Lead with Joy at Nothing Bundt Cakes!Our bakery at 2216 General Booth Boulevard is looking for a dependable, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support the team, and deliver a strong guest experience while directly supporting the bakery's General Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Support daily operations across FOH, BOH, and community eventsLead, coach, and hold team members accountableEnsure a high-quality guest experience and strong team cultureAssist with scheduling, training, and shift executionMaintain cleanliness, organization, and product qualityManage labor, inventory, and waste to meet business goalsSupport events, marketing, and community engagement effortsEnsure accurate cash handling and follow operational procedures
What We Offer:
