Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Salary: $50,000 - 55,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Manager:

Provide financial solutions and advice to customers in-person and through email, phone, and instant messaging.
Maintain weekly cash flow and ensure operational soundness of the branch.
Build and develop a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and training.
Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk by adhering to regulations and bank procedures.
Drive deposit growth through proactive activities and increase wallet share of consumer and business households.
Lead effective problem resolution and foster a positive work environment.

Preferred Skills of the Assistant Branch Manager:

2+ years of experience in banking or a related field.
Detailed knowledge of banking regulations.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to create processes and build sustainable structures to drive results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Experience in sales management and customer experience.

Bonus Skills of the Assistant Branch Manager:

Familiarity with Jack Henry banking products.
