As an Assistant Shop Leader, you'll start at 45% commission and scale up to 55%! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our leaders usually take home an average of $32,000 - $100,000/year. Behind the scenes, you'll manage inventory, purchase orders, and month-end tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.
