The Assistant Coach for the Baseball team assists the head coach with program management, including practice planning, recruitment, player development, and competition strategy implementation. The Assistant Coach will support all aspects of the NCAA Division III Baseball program at Dean College, ensuring compliance with NCAA, Great Northeast Athletic Conference, and Dean College standards, rules, and regulations.
