Assistant Beauty Team Leader

Job Summary

The Assistant Beauty Team Leader supports the Beauty Team Leader in overseeing the daily operations and performance of the beauty department. This role assists in leading and developing the beauty team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining strong product knowledge, and supporting efficient store operations. The Assistant Beauty Team Leader also serves as a key leadership support and steps in to oversee the department in the Beauty Team Leader’s absence while helping achieve sales and store goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Beauty Team Leader with daily department operations, team coordination, and assigned tasks.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing beauty department.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty recommendations based on customer needs.
4. Address customer questions and concerns and assist with resolving issues in the absence of the Beauty Team Leader.
5. Travel to and work at other store locations as needed.
6. Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications

1. Basic leadership skills with the ability to support, coach, and motivate team members.
2. Knowledge of beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, and current industry trends.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and support team operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Must have open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay and Compensation

1. From $27.5 Per Hour
2. Quarterly Performance Bonus
