Tasks & responsibilitiesCommercial Performance and Team ManagementIncrease sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customersAssist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales AssociatesResponsible for clientele developmentParticipate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations exercising independent judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelinesTrain coach develop and lead sales associates in selling skillsConduct andor participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance sales training product knowledge merchandising and to convey other necessary information to management staff and associatesFacilitate proper communication between management and associatesClientele Service and ManagementParticipate in the coordination of sales promotion activities which include seasonal sales trunk shows contests including proper use of in-store signs advertising sales and promotionsTrain the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale do develop personal customer databaseProduct and Stock ManagementGather merchandise for transfers damages and returns-to-vendor RTVsCoordinate and participate in department inventoriesMonitor proper pricing of merchandiseMinimize stock lossesProcess ManagementOversee compliance of associates with established Company policies and standards such as safekeeping of Company funds and property personnel practices merchandise handling security sales and record-keeping proceduresHelp solve problems that affect the departments service efficiency and productivityLock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all security proceduresAny other tasks as assigned from time to time
