The Assistant Boys Soccer Coach supports the Head Coach in developing and leading the boys' soccer program at Sheboygan Christian School. This position helps student-athletes grow in skill, character, teamwork, and Christ-centered living through athletics.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and conducting practices and game preparation
Support the Head Coach in developing game strategy and player development
Provide individual instruction and encouragement to student-athletes
Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and school spirit
Help supervise athletes before, during, and after practices and competitions
Ensure player safety and proper use of equipment and facilities
Model Christ-like character and support the school's mission and core values
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and coaching staff as needed
Assist with administrative tasks such as equipment management and travel support
