In this key leadership role, you will partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, coach team members, support lending activities, and ensure compliance with all credit union policies and regulations.When the Branch Manager is absent, you will assume full responsibility for branch operations, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and helping members achieve their financial goals.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a financial institution.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and general computer applications.Preferred Qualifications18 to 24 months of supervisory or leadership experience.Notary Public license.
