Job Summary
The Assistant Branch Manager (Virtual) assists in managing branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and helping lead a remote team. This role works closely with the Branch Manager to achieve business goals, maintain compliance, and promote operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, or video interactions.
Assist with employee coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
Help achieve sales, service, and productivity goals.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and administrative tasks.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare reports and communicate branch performance updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Customer service, banking, retail, or management experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
