Consumers National Bank is seeking an experienced banking professional to join our Salem team as an Assistant Branch Relationship Manager. This leadership role partners with the Branch Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, support branch operations, develop team members, and grow customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily branch operations and serve as branch leader in the Manager's absence.
Coach, train, and support branch employees to achieve service and sales goals.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns.
Build and deepen customer relationships through needs-based conversations and referrals.
Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts.
Accept, process, and close consumer loan applications.
Perform Relationship Banker transactions and account servicing.
Assist with branch scheduling, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Generate referrals and new business opportunities that support branch growth.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Five or more years of banking, financial services, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Experience with deposit accounts, consumer lending, or relationship banking preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Ability to obtain and maintain Notary Public and NMLS registrations.
Strong computer, organizational, and time-management skills.
