If you work with us, you'll be challenged and inspired, and you'll be proud.CorporateManage corporate insurance and third-party renewals, including platforms like Avetta, Ariba and ISNetworldServe as the administrator for digital tools, such as Canva and PreziCoordinate national awards and rankings submissions, such as ABC STEP, Safe Day, and AQCSupport strategic projects for department process improvementMonitor and document professional achievements and community engagements of corporate leadersSupport market sector client email campaigns focused and targeted trade show campaignsCoordinate and produce the quarterly OWN newsletterAct as the bridge between Marketing and Communications contentProvide ad support for national industry publications, such as ABC, WIC, and ENRCoordinate marketing highlights, manage content for Connect, gather examples, etc.Relationship/Project ManagementAct as relationship/account manager for our programs and logistics with vendors including FastSigns- jobsite and other signage; HDS- company store; American Business Supply- stationery; ExpoDisplays- trade show displaysEmployee-Facing InitiativesPrepare Decades of Service slides and retirement videosCoordinate the company's annual promotions announcementSupport Senior Management Group meetings by preparing agendas, project highlight videos, and presenters' contentExecute annual Founders Award and Decades of Service needs including honoree gifts and office display updatesOrganize headshots for each CultivateEventsCoordinate quarterly local department outings and support planning for the annual department retreatEducation - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience1-3 years of corporate communications, marketing, or public relations experienceBachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, public relations, journalism/English, or a related business fieldExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong project management and time management skills; familiarity with Monday.com, Slack, or similar tools is a plusStrong writing and editing skills and knowledge of AP styleAbility to easily understand and communicate complex informationAvailability for occasional local and out-of-town travel (5%)#J-18808-Ljbffr
