Assist in directing all aspects of breeder operations.
Lead team ensuring proper methods & techniques are employed to obtain optimum health and performance of breeder flocks.
Assist in training and leading team in proper on-farm management techniques.
Monitor flock records, adjusting programs as necessary.
Ensure compliance with federal, state & local agencies.
Assist in recruitment of new growers; maintain and improve housing.
Review weekly settlement and investigate grower complaints as needed.
Oversee pullet chick placement scheduling and AI monitoring.
