Assistant Bus Dispatcher
Transportation
Hours: M-TH, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 12 month
Effective: Immediately
Duties include:
Coordinate field trip transportation
Assist with year-round routing
Manage heavy call volume
Maintain staff records and trip logs
Salary: In accordance with Buildings & Grounds Supervisors Association agreement

Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Graduation from high school
At least 21 years of age
One year satisfactory bus driving and/or motor vehicle dispatching experience
Valid driver''s license with CDL preferred [or obtained after hire]
Meet and maintain New York State Article 19-A requirements
Proficient in MS & Google Suite and Transfinder
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish highly preferred
