Assistant Carwash Manager

Roberson's Car Wash is looking for an experienced Assistant Car Wash Manager.

Roberson Auto Group is family owned and operated business that has been serving the Salem community for nearly 60 years.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed;* Maintain excellent customer service standards;* Identify and resolve customer complaints;* Ensure all employees are trained according to policies;* Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures;* Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom;* Maintain efficient personnel scheduling;* Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner;* Hold meetings to conform with company standards;* Maintain safe environment and work experience;

Job Requirements:

* Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture;* Prior Car wash experience;* Professional look and demeanor;* Excellent communication and customer service skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers;* Has at least 2+ years in Car Wash business;* Management experience;* Mechanically inclined;* Basic understanding of computer software;* High school diploma or equivalent;* Good organization skills;* Meets basic management competencies;* Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize;* Self-motivated and positive attitude.* Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs - ability to bend, lift, crouch, stand for extended periods of time as needed;* Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions as needed
