Job Description:

  • Leads workstreams for the Clinical Cabinet, collaborating with Executive Sponsors, project teams, SVP, Nursing VP, and market Division VPs.
  • Structures complex issues into phased workstreams and deliverables to achieve project goals within the scope and timeframe set by ACCO/SVP and management committees.
  • Develops strategic business value propositions and supports initiatives identified by the Clinical Cabinet and senior executives.
  • Coordinates agendas, prioritizes, and follows up on activities by communicating with senior executives and leaders.
  • Ensures strategic topics align with project timelines.
  • Partners with executives reporting to ACCO/CNE and Corporate Nursing VP to execute ACCO/CNE's agenda and strategy.
  • Develops executive-level presentations related to the strategic vision of nursing.
  • Collaborates with ACCO/CNE and Corporate Nursing VP on strategic initiatives and projects related to the Nursing strategic plan and 2030 aspirations.
  • Supports nursing leaders in prioritizing patient safety, evidence-based care, and meeting quality care measures.
  • Aligns nursing practices with interdisciplinary clinical team practices.
  • Develops Nursing Shared Governance to enable nurses to influence policies and decisions.
  • Fosters an environment for nursing excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in mentoring project managers [Preferred]
  • Experience in strategic planning [Preferred]

Education:

  • Master's of Nursing [Required]
  • Doctorate of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

  • 10+ management experience [Required]
  • 9+ years related experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN [Required]
