This position involves providing typing and general clerical services to support office operations.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment, and preferred typing skills at 50 wpm (test required). The candidate should demonstrate legibility, the ability to follow instructions, and effective communication with diverse individuals.
Responsibilities encompass serving as a public relations liaison by answering calls, taking messages, returning calls, and receiving visitors; promoting a positive district image; operating standard office machines; and performing additional duties as assigned.
It is a nine, ten, or twelve-month position with a starting salary at Level 29 and employee benefits per Board policies. Performance will be evaluated following Board Policy on support personnel evaluation.
