Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule can be either
Sunday - Thursday (8 hour day, 40 hour week)
OR
Tuesday - Saturday (8 hour day, 40 hour week)
Compensation:
Pay Range: $95,000-$101,000 Per Year

Description:
• This position involves overseeing individual and group therapy services within a residential treatment facility in Brooklyn, NY.
• The role is full-time and requires a professional with strong leadership skills to integrate clinical treatment with residential care.
• The successful candidate will have experience in supervising clinical staff and ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
Requirements:
• Oversee individual and group therapy services.
• Ensure clinical treatment integration with residential care.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff.
• Ensure compliance with agency and licensing regulations.
• Coordinate treatment planning and admission committees.
• Collaborate on special programs and community relations.
• Support crisis management and de-escalation efforts.
Qualifications:
• NYS LCSW, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist license.
• 3-5 years of experience with emotionally disturbed adolescents.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
