Step into a key leadership role on the shop floor, supporting production operations and helping drive a high-performing machining team.




SALARY: $33-$36/hr. DOE

LOCATION: Sherwood, OR

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday | 6:00am-2:30pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Support the Production Supervisor in coordinating daily shop floor operations and workflow
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, assisting machinists with setups, troubleshooting, and quality issues
  • Monitor production output, ensure work is completed to schedule, and address bottlenecks proactively
  • Train and mentor team members on machining practices, safety standards, and company expectations
  • Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a communication link between production, engineering, and leadership teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in a lead or assistant lead role, with experience managing teams of up to 15
  • Strong CNC machining background with 3 to 4 axis experience
  • Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
  • Proven ability to lead and support teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop floor environment.
