SCHEDULE:Monday-Thursday | 6:00am-2:30pm

WHAT YOULL DO
Support the Production Supervisor in coordinating daily shop floor operations and workflow
Provide hands-on technical leadership, assisting machinists with setups, troubleshooting, and quality issues
Monitor production output, ensure work is completed to schedule, and address bottlenecks proactively
Train and mentor team members on machining practices, safety standards, and company expectations
Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Serve as a communication link between production, engineering, and leadership teams
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a lead or assistant lead role, with experience managing teams of up to 15
Strong CNC machining background with 3 to 4 axis experience
Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
Proven ability to lead and support teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop floor environment.
