Assistant Coach-Men''s Rowing

The assistant coach's primary responsibilities include daily coaching duties as assigned by the Head Coach of Men's Rowing and coordinating all aspects of administering a Division 1 rowing program. These duties include, but are not limited to: coordination of team travel, maintenance/repair of rowing and training equipment, assisting Recruiting Coordinator, NCAA paperwork.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and 3 years coaching or equivalent experience.

Skills and Knowledge

Must have a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance of all campus and boathouse facilities and equipment under the direction of the Head Coach.
• Daily coaching responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach.
• Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of administering a Division 1 Rowing program.
• Assist the Recruiting Coordinator with the communications with and assessment of prospective student athletes.
• Other duties as assigned.
