Essential Job Functions: What You Will Be Doing

Core responsibilities of the women's basketball assistant coaching role include supporting the head coach by assisting in planning/conducting practice, recruiting new student-athletes, and serving as a positive role model and mentor for our current student-athletes. These responsibilities are needed to create structure, ensure accountability, support student-athlete development, and achieve continued program success.

To truly support our student-athletes and continue our tradition of team success, we need a dedicated full-time assistant coach. This role ensures that each athlete receives the attention, mentorship, and development opportunities they deserve.
