Description
Assistant Property Manager – Commercial/Retail – Los Angeles, CA
- Prepare Tenant correspondence
- Assist in collection of delinquent rent and other charges
- Assist with preparation and review of common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations
- Maintain and update vendor contracts and promotional agreements
- Code and process invoices for payment
- Assists with management reports
- Responsible for processing of lease related documents
- Assist with preparation of budget
- Assist with capital repair bidding and coordination
- Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a retail center
- Demonstrated experience with property management software
