Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join their client's team in California. This position offers an opportunity to work in the commercial retail real estate industry, focusing on tenant relations, lease administration, vendor coordination, and financial tracking using Yardi.
Responsibilities
- Support property operations, reporting, and records in Yardi.
- Manage tenant relations, leases, and rent collections.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and work orders.
- Assist with budgets, CAM reconciliations, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain lease files, compliance documents, and inspections.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Participate in property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin Chinese required.
- 2-5 years in commercial property management, leasing, or real estate operations.
- Proficiency in Yardi required (MRI or similar software is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, first shift hours.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,000 per year.
