What You'll Do
As the Assistant Community Director, you'll play a critical role in supporting the overall success of the community by partnering closely with the Community Director and General Manager.
Leadership & Operations
  • Support daily property operations to ensure a well-maintained, high-performing community.
  • Help create a positive and productive team environment focused on achieving company goals.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
Financial Performance
  • Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Resident Experience
  • Serve as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances resident satisfaction and retention.
Property Standards
  • Conduct inspections and maintain outstanding curb appeal.
  • Ensure community standards are consistently met.
  • Stay current on applicable housing laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Leasing & Marketing
  • Support leasing efforts and resident retention strategies.
  • Assist in executing effective marketing initiatives to drive occupancy.
  • Help oversee community outreach and promotional activities.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
