What You'll DoAs the Assistant Community Director, you'll play a critical role in supporting the overall success of the community by partnering closely with the Community Director and General Manager.
Leadership & Operations- Support daily property operations to ensure a well-maintained, high-performing community.
- Help create a positive and productive team environment focused on achieving company goals.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
Financial Performance- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Partner with leadership to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Resident Experience- Serve as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances resident satisfaction and retention.
Property Standards- Conduct inspections and maintain outstanding curb appeal.
- Ensure community standards are consistently met.
- Stay current on applicable housing laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Leasing & Marketing- Support leasing efforts and resident retention strategies.
- Assist in executing effective marketing initiatives to drive occupancy.
- Help oversee community outreach and promotional activities.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
