What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations while helping drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance across Kinley at the Park & Kinley Flats.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with interviewing, screening, and onboarding new team members
  • Support training and scheduling of office personnel
  • Help maintain occupancy and delinquency goals
  • Utilize leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies to maximize performance
  • Process purchase orders and invoices accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests
  • Apply effective leasing and sales techniques to achieve rental goals
  • Maintain professional communication and documentation standards
  • Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in all resident and team interactions

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily/property management experience
  • Strong customer service and resident relations skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with Entrata property management software
  • Leasing and marketing experience within multifamily housing
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
