We are seeking ambitious and detail oriented Assistant Community Managers to support daily operations at residential communities throughout Nevada. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, supporting financial performance, and helping lead an onsite team. It is also a strong pathway to becoming a future Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting
Assist with budget preparation and expense control
Support leasing activities to help achieve occupancy goals
Manage lease renewals and ensure accurate documentation
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations
Enforce community policies and support conflict resolution
Conduct regular property inspections and monitor overall curb appeal
Coordinate with the maintenance team and manage work orders
Communicate with vendors and support operational needs
Assist the Community Manager in supervising and motivating the onsite team
Ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and fair housing laws
Qualifications Required
Three or more years of experience in property management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws
Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and financial reporting
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Private Investigator’s License (work card)
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Preferred
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or similar industry certification
