Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week, at least once per month or as needed.

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver's License, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
