Position Summary
Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager to join our dynamic team in White Plains, NY. The initial schedule for this position is Sundays – Thursdays, 9am – 6pm ET, subject to change after stabilization.
Juliette is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing world class customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Professional standard of appearance and week-end hours required. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000, based on experience.
Juliette is a 177-unit luxury rental residence community in downtown White Plains, NY. Residents will have several residence styles to choose from, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options with homes averaging 1,200 square feet. Amenities will include an outdoor leisure hub outfitted with a courtyard area with a pool, spa, barbecue grill, exterior fireplace, and bicycle storage.
