Join us in shaping the future of architecture and design in the Southeast!We are currently seeking an Assistant Construction Contracts Administrator to join our team in our Raleigh office. You are passionate about construction and devoted to quality. You possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines and a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the construction process, working closely with consultants, project teams, and stakeholders to bring visionary architectural concepts to life.A Day in the Life: Work side by side in a team environment with our Design Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active construction projectsMaintain and record documents issued during the construction phase, i.e., shop drawings, contracts, RFI's, ASI's, Change Orders, etc.Support communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsYour Strengths as an Assistant Construction Contracts Administrator: Understanding of architectural/construction terminology and of the design and procurement processesAbility to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challengesCapability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversightAbility to accurately review payment applicationsWhat You Bring To The Table: Familiarity with construction industry project management software such as Newforma, Procore, BIM360, Deltek, and AIA Contract Documents is requiredProficiency in MS Office Suite5+ years of solid and progressive work history, with experience providing Administrative Support for construction related activitiesA cover letter and resume are required.Life at LS3P Together, we are building the skylines of the Southeast.Our values articulate our beliefs and ground us in a common culture.
