Position Overview:
The Design and Construction group works across all company projects, supporting the project development team, taking a lead role in delivering a buildable site in terms of the design and construction of work necessary to achieve sustainable, financially feasible, constructible and architecturally-welcoming communities.
The Assistant Construction Manager’s role is to assist the Design and Construction team in oversight of the activities of individual projects from inception through construction completion. In collaboration with the in-house design team, the Assistant Construction Manager will assist with early design and budgeting, environmental, geotechnical, and civil. After the financial closing, the Assistant Construction Manager will assist the D&C Manager with oversight of all construction activities at the site as well as the monthly pay application process. The Assistant Construction Manager will assist the Design and Construction team with being the primary point of contact for all construction activities, up through the completion and hand off to property management.
