Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site construction activities for custom homes and luxury condominium projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and deliveries to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Assist in maintaining project schedules by tracking progress and proactively identifying potential delays. Monitor quality of workmanship, with a strong focus on high-end finishes, custom millwork, and detailed design elements. Help manage site logistics, including material staging, site cleanliness, and organization in tight or active residential environments. Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and brand-level expectations. Assist with inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations. Work closely with project managers to communicate field updates, RFIs, and change orders. Maintain daily reports, photo documentation, and site records. Support punch list development and completion to ensure an exceptional final product. Foster a professional and respectful jobsite culture aligned with client expectations in high-end residential settings.

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: 2-5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end interior projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and residential building methods. Exposure to high-end finishes such as stone, tile, millwork, and specialty installations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, design-driven environment. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
