Job Description
  • Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations across active construction projects
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site
  • Support project scheduling, logistics, and short-term planning
  • Help enforce site safety protocols and company quality standards
  • Monitor progress against project milestones and flag potential issues early
  • Participate in site meetings, inspections, and punch-list activities
  • Maintain clear documentation and daily reporting from the field

The Successful Applicant
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction (field-based role)
  • Background as a Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or similar
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills
  • OSHA knowledge or certification is highly desirable
