Job Description- Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations across active construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site
- Support project scheduling, logistics, and short-term planning
- Help enforce site safety protocols and company quality standards
- Monitor progress against project milestones and flag potential issues early
- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and punch-list activities
- Maintain clear documentation and daily reporting from the field

The Successful Applicant- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction (field-based role)
- Background as a Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or similar
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills
- OSHA knowledge or certification is highly desirable
