  • Coordinate and direct sub contractors and suppliers on projects for multi-family properties int he Greater Rochester area.

Requirements:
  • Experience required along with excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Hands on Trades knowledge.
  • Ensure work is complete to required standards.
  • Negotiate material and labor pricing.
