Assistant Controller
Salary: $130K-$150K + 10-15%

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead complex multi-location accounting activities including revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and AR reconciliations
• Support and enhance the monthly close process, financial reporting, and executive reporting packages
• Drive accounting process improvements, policy development, and systems integration initiatives
• Assist with acquisition accounting and onboarding of newly acquired locations
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership and operational partners
• Partner cross-functionally with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Help build scalable accounting infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• 7–10 years of accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes in an evolving environment
• Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or private equity-backed organizations preferred
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
