Compensation
- Starting salary: $50,000
- Up to $55,000 for candidates with automotive dealership accounting experience
- Opportunity for increased responsibility

Your Role
As our Assistant Controller, you'll work directly alongside our Controller, receiving hands-on training while learning the day-to-day financial operations of two busy Ford dealerships.
This position combines accounting responsibilities with administrative office support, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys variety, organization, and learning new skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with dealership accounting and financial reporting
- Posting vehicle deals and funding paperwork
- Reconciling accounts and inventory schedules
- Preparing bank deposits
- Supporting month-end accounting procedures
- Assisting with administrative office functions
- Maintaining organized financial records and documentation
- Learning Controller responsibilities through one-on-one mentorship
