    We're looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable Accounting Specialist who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in our accounting team by supporting multiple functions that keep our business running smoothly.

    What You'll Do

    • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
    • Manage accounts payable and vendor payments
    • Handle accounts receivable, collections, and customer account reconciliations
    • Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
    • Prepare financial reports and provide meaningful financial information to management
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
    • Collaborate with departments across the organization to provide exceptional internal customer service


    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ years of accounting experience, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or general accounting
    • College Degree with a focus in Accounting 
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
    • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning
