We're looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable Accounting Specialist who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in our accounting team by supporting multiple functions that keep our business running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Manage accounts payable and vendor payments
- Handle accounts receivable, collections, and customer account reconciliations
- Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports and provide meaningful financial information to management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to provide exceptional internal customer service
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of accounting experience, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or general accounting
- College Degree with a focus in Accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning
